I was negligent (is that spelled correctly? am I going to spell check it? NO) in not responding sooner; Yes, Warhammer 40K is a fun game, but you better make sure you are either rich or are damn sure you like the army you have. I, for example, am stuck with a few Tyranids, and I am beginning to think I should have scratch built myself a Chaos Guard army.
That, and it takes years just to build up a decent army, which means my 2000 point army will consistently be torn asunder by these 10,000 point monsters.
Besides that, I was in another game of Apocalypse last weekend; guess who one.
It was me.
I collected Marines, I also have an unfished Tau army.
I really want to start collecting again, but I keep putting it off.
Oh, and congratulations.
O Rly? In 4th edition rules, if you get your character up to level 30 and if you finish the epic quest, the campaign ends and whoever survived wins.
Yes, it says this in the book
That sounds terrible... their arn't even any scorcerers in 4th edition.
So soon after 3.5?
Every company's aim is to make as much money as they can from the product.
So what they do is the sell 4.0, people at first are going to buy buy buy, so they're gonna make a fortune, but eventually, people will stop buying because they have most of what they need.
So they'll release 4.5, and so on.
It's a vicious circle.
